Every great reservation begins long before the table is set.

We are Desert Queens, founded by two women, two friends, both mothers and expats living in Dubai. One of us is Australian, the other American, but we share the same story: married to men who have spent over 25 years building careers in hospitality, standing beside them through every late night, every high pressure opening, and every unforgettable evening most guests never see behind the scenes.

That world taught us something you can't learn any other way. Hospitality is a small world, and once you're truly in it, you stay in it. Over the years, we've built genuine relationships with the people who make extraordinary experiences possible, from general managers to some of Dubai's most respected names in the industry.

We started Desert Queens because we saw a gap. Most concierge services can secure you a table. Very few understand what happens on the other side of it: the timing, the details, the small gestures that turn a booking into a memory. We do, because we've lived it.
